In the run up to Players Classic on the 11th of June, we’ve decided to take a look back at last year’s event which took over the prestigious Goodwood Motor Circuit. It’s a show that brings out some fantastically unusual builds from across the country, catering for just about every generation of vehicle and style of tuning. Don’t believe us? Check out the 2015 report below…
June 13th 2015 saw the Players Classic event take place at Goodwood Motor Circuit. The famous race venue set the scene for arguably the most diverse show of the calendar with everything from Hillman Imps to brand new German saloons on display.
Meguiar’s were there with a show stand reflecting the diversity on the day with Steven Doe’s E21 BMW and Ben Chandler’s MK1 Jetta…
Plus Craig Levens sublime MK5 Golf and Nicholas Pritchard’s incredible RS500.
You can find out more about Nicholas’ RS500 elsewhere on the blog: http://meguiarssaudi.thetestlink.co.uk/rs500-cosworth-gets-the-finishing-touch-meguiars-hq/
It wouldn’t be Players Classic without track action providing the soundtrack to the day and a guest appearance from Nicholas Hamilton punctuated the morning and afternoon sessions.
With 100’s of top level cars on display from all marques and eras it’s impossible to pick out our favourites, so why not check out our gallery from the event and decide for yourself?
